Product

Standard Products
All products detailed on our Price List are standard products and are ex-stock. For information relating to load quantities and whether products are available on pallets and/or loose please contact our Sales Office on:

Non-Standard Products
All other products are by definition 'non-standard' and will only be available loose.

This material is available in minimum delivery quantities of 2,500m2 and is not held in stock. Maximum and minimum order quantities are as above.

Palletised Product
Product on pallets will be one product only and a single thickness e.g. 100mm Multi-Roll. If a 'filler item' is nominated for full loads of mixed palletised and loose this will be loaded last to ensure your detailed requirements are despatched in full.

Lead times

Full Loads
Full loads can be delivered to a single destination at a specified date and time within 4 working days.

Part Loads
Part loads can be delivered on a week commencing basis with 24 hours notice of delivery if required.

Multi-Drops
Multidrops within a 40Km radius are available at no extra charge providing the vehicle follows a direct and logical route from Stirling at a date and time normally within 4 working days. Superglass reserve the option to group part loads in the most cost efficient sequence.

Small Loads
Deliveries of less than 120 packs are available subject to a carriage charge of £75 which should be included on the written order. This carriage charge does not guarantee a date or time of delivery but will be delivered on a week commencing basis with 24 hours notice of delivery if required.

Short Load Notification
Our haulage partners are responsible for the delivery of orders in full and at the time specified. Any shortages should be highlighted to the driver at the time of delivery and marked on the delivery advice note.

Demurrage
In line with the conditions laid down by the Road Haulage Association it should take a maximum of 2 hours to offload the delivery vehicle. A charge of £35 will be made thereafter for each hour or part thereof.

Return Loads
This facility is available for standard products however any returns would be subject to a fee of 20% of the product list price plus the cost of carriage to and from the destination. Please note we cannot accept the return of non-standard product as we do not hold these materials in stock.

Specialist Vehicles Deliveries
Additional charges may apply where a specialist vehicle is required e.g. Moffett; please contact our Sales Office for a quotation.

Order Placing
Orders should be confirmed by fax to our Sales Office fax number: 01786 451245

Orders should include:

an official order number
the delivery address including the post code and site contact telephone number
product price and/or any Special Contract Number being claimed
where notice is required, a contact name and telephone number should be supplied
please ensure site can accept articulated vehicles

An order acknowledgement will be sent by fax for all agreed orders received. Please check the order acknowledgement to ensure we have understood your requirements and that the prices acknowledged are acceptable.

A delivery note will be faxed once the order is complete for despatch confirming delivery details and product quantities.

Order Amendments
Orders may be amended up to 12noon the day before despatch e.g. an order placed for delivery at 10am on Tuesday may be amended up to 12noon on the Friday.

Amended orders should be faxed and clearly marked as no responsibility can be taken for duplicate orders.

Orders for non-standard product cannot be cancelled.
